Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the cancellation form template below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the cancellation right before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation for Consumers

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund.

Costs Resulting from Cancellation

The return shipping costs must in all cases be borne by the buyer.

Unpaid (“unfrei”) shipments will not be accepted under any circumstances.

These cost regulations are not mandatory requirements for the valid exercise of the cancellation right.

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts, unless the parties agree otherwise:

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods where the buyer is an entrepreneur;
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g., special engraving, foil wrapping, size, etc.);
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are individualized (e.g., special design/wrapping; installation of an additional coin or banknote validator, card reader, or telemetry device);
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal was removed after delivery;
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
  • Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the entrepreneur has no control;
  • Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery;
  • Contracts for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines, except for subscription contracts;
